Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all single orders over €150.00 (excl. VAT) within ROI and Northern Ireland.   Orders will be shipped by DPD courier.  

Please note that bulky items or heavy orders (over 25kg) will normally incur additional delivery costs, you will be notified by a member of the team in such cases prior to your order being shipped.

We endeavour to ship all orders received by 2pm on the same day.  “Add-ons” to an order must also be received by 3pm on the same day as the original order.

Currently we offer customers several options for delivery. These may be subject to change.  Any specified delivery dates are provided by 3^rd party couriers or postal service. Tons of Fun Balloons will not be liable for loss and damage (including but not limited to loss of profit and consequential loss) arising out of failure to meet their specified delivery dates.

Failed DPD Delivery-Return: Should your order be returned via DPD due to failed delivery (i.e. several attempts were made to deliver/no-one home/incorrect delivery address) a rescheduled delivery charge will be required to resend.
